Wally Callerio's interest in music was sparked off in 1988 at the young age of 14 when he got his first pair of turntables. With in 7 years at the age of 21 he was fortunate enough to be involved in one of Los Angeles most memorable house music events, a party called "Love" which he continued to do so until 1999. His favorite moments were playing Doc Martins B-day party at Fabric London in 2002 as well as consistently playing for Dj Sneaks Birthday events between 2001'- 09' in Toronto and LA. It's a special feeling to be asked to play such meaningful events by the DJ's he has always respected. With over 20 years experience of Djing and 13 years of production under his belt he is sure to please any crowd.

Wally's Label founded in 1998 by the name of Dufflebag Recordings has become a long time staple in underground house music community featuring artist such as Natural Rhythm, JT Donaldson, Lance Desardi, CubanPete, Guided Methods, Vibezelect, Vibe Travelers, Cory Wells, Jah Ques and Wally himself.

This same mantra of quality over quantity has also been the focus of Wally's own productions, an attribute that is evident when listening to his body of work. With past releases dating back over a decade featured on Alluv, Aroma, Classic, Electrik Soul, Magnetic, and Panhandle.

In 2004 his love of music led him to build one of the first dance music download sites Digibag.com. At that time digibag.com was the 17th digital download site on internet and the first to offer .wav quality files. He has since pulled down the site for a complete overhaul due out 09.

Classixx is a production & DJ duo comprised of Michael David and Tyler Blake. Born in the sunny suburbs of Los Angeles, Classixx grew up to be a music school drop-out and a record label drop-out.

Barely into their twenties, Classixx has begun defining a new sound for the Los Angeles electronic music scene. A refreshing change from the trance and techno inspired Electro that has been dominating dance floors, their Donna Summer'esque grooves have caught the ears of music aficionados, fans and artists alike. With recent remixes for groundbreaking artists such as Phoenix, The Ting Tings, Shiny Toy Guns and The Sounds their funky midtempo sound is turning heads everywhere.

This summer they'll be releasing their single, "I'll Get You" featuring Jeppe (Junior Senior), as the debut track from the new collaboration between Kitsune Records and photoblogger Mark TheCobraSnake.

Christopher Jarman's aka Raiden's musical story has been somewhat of a rollercoaster. They say music is the key, and in this case it most certainly was. He was living in the grey steel town of Portsmouth-each day was passing like the day before, slowly seeing his dreams slip through his fingers- yet in despair he found hope, a moment of clarity, a signal to the future- this came in the form of his landmark track ‘Fallin', a piece of music that would launch him into the stars, and he would never look back, relocating to the silent depths of Tallinn, Estonia.

After signing with legendary drum n bass imprint Renegade Hardware Raiden worked hard at creating his own identity and as a result earned a strong support network of artists and fans alike. His sound would walk the tightrope between Techno and drum n bass, in love with the ethos of techno and unable to let go of his love for big bass and breaks.

Bursting onto the scene as a producer Raiden would quickly cement his reputation as a DJ, quickly touring the world, bringing his brand of funk to the masses-his travels have taken him across the globe, a modern day travelling band with only his headphones and music as company. Always presenting the unchanged mission to bring you the sound that occupies his mind.

Along this journey Raiden decided that the time was right to start his own label- something that would represent him with no compromises- it was with this thought that Offkey was born, in order to separate itself from the masses Raiden released his manifesto ‘techno brain, drum n bass body' and with the label launched and almost unheard of artist roster- a very brave move that would pay off- his crew would explode onto the scene, and there would be no let up. The label has released some fantastic music and is now maturing into a different beast, but still a beast nonetheless.

During the inception and creation of his own label Raiden was asked to remix some of the biggest selling tunes of his generation- namely DK8s techno anthem ‘Murder was the case' and the old skool classic-Human Resource's ‘Dominator' and most recently Adam Freeland's ‘We want your soul'. Artistically there is much more to come from Raiden, he will be releasing more music for the mighty Renegade Hardware, his own imprint Offkey Music will continue to release the cream of what this music has to offer and there will be long players from Raiden alongside singles.

In a sense this is only the beginning...you truly have to know where you came from in order to know where you're going.

As the late Oscar Wilde once said: "life is too important to be taken seriously", an ethos that Justin Martin is sticking with despite achieving soaring success over the last six years as a producer and international DJ.

Justin initially pricked the ears of the electronic music community in 2003 with his first record ‘The Sad Piano' on Ben Watt's Buzzin' Fly label. Everyone in the electronic music food chain got involved, from the A list DJs like Derrick Carter and Pete Tong that were playing the track, to the international music press that were raving about it. It even translated to the German underground, with Poker Flat licensing it for Steve Bug's ‘Bugnology' compilation. Like someone that goes bowling for the first time and gets five strikes and a turkey, Justin couldn't really have hoped for a better entrance.

Feeding off the energy of the San Francisco underground and mentored by fellow super producer Claude Vonstroke, Justin was intrinsically involved with the development of dirtybird records, appearing on its first four releases. Justin was soon ready to take flight, releasing a string of solo EPs which flaunted a very unique sound and garnered still more respect among fellow DJS and heavyweight's of the scene.

As well as his formidable arsenal of original productions, Justin is now equally known for his collaborations with his brother Christian as The Martin Brothers, producing such hip-hop influenced hits as ‘Stoopit' and ‘Dum'. Justin has also made his mark remixing such bona fide classics as Radiohead's ‘Nude', Marshall Jefferson's ‘Mushrooms', and TG's ‘Revox', firmly establishing himself as the man to make big tracks even bigger.

Demand for Justin's skills behind the decks has skyrocketed with his bookings schedule basically crammed to capacity for the next 4 months. With bookings confirmed everywhere from Exit Festival (Belgrade), to Sonar (Barcelona) to Panorama Bar (Berlin), Justin's diary is reading like the dreams of a professional raver. Stateside he continues to be a regular fixture at the dirtybird events in San Francisco and beyond.

Further nods to his skills as a DJ and tastemaker are apparent in his growing discography of mix compilations, most notably his own ‘Chaos Restored' mix series on the prestigious Buzzin' Fly label.

Music journalists typically describe Justin's sound as ‘melodic and tough' with his music encapsulating both melody and emotional depth yet always with enough undeniable ass shaking properties to translate to the floor.

"I'm always trying to find music for my DJ sets that rattles sound systems, but still has enough melody and interesting texture to expand your mind even if you're sitting at home on a snowy or rainy day."

In 2009, production wise Justin has a few EPs scheduled to drop on dirtybird, a remix for Freerange, and a DJ mix for Ministry of Sound's ‘Underground series' compilation. He remains as enthusiastic as ever to be involved in the scene. When recently questioned by Resident Advisor on what he'd be doing if he wasn't a DJ or dance music producer he just replied: "Wishing I was a DJ or music producer." By all accounts it's hard to tell him to wipe that smile off his face.

Up until 2008 Dave Pezzner was virtually unknown to the electronic dance music community, aside from his works in the duo "Jacob London" (Classic Music, Doubledown, U-Freqs). For 16 years he cut his chops with partner Bob Hansen, creating eccentric house and break beat rhythms often crossing the lines between bad-ass, funky and hilarious.

In the winter of 2008, Pezzner took to his own studio to begin work on his first solo output composing songs that are more serious, with an abstract artistic sensibility. Quickly Dave's catalog began to materialize with a signature sound: Lofty percussive themes with intentions to create hypnotic soundscapes for the body as well as the brain.

It wasn't long before Pezzner found his first 5 songs scooped up by London-based Freerange Records, covering the first two EP's of his career, "Other Lover" and the epic three-part masterpiece "Almost Here." These two EPs garnered him massive support from artists as varied as John Digweed, Laurent Garnier, Peter Kruder, Steve Bug and Ben Watt, setting up Pezzner as a producer on the rise.

These first two releases laid a solid foundation for his career and follow-ups are now in the pipeline on San Francisco's Om Records imprint, London's Urbantorque Recordings, plus another EP for Freerange. Dave has also got an arsenal of remixes forthcoming for heavyweights including Josh Wink, Mark Farina, and Mike Monday. Its a dizzying number of releases for an emerging artist, but now that Pezzner's stepped out on his own, he's definitely got a lot to say.
